We had a wonderful weekend this past weekend (September 8 – 11, 2022) to celebrate Beau & Lucy (and of course, Soren)! The weather was delightful and the venue was spectacular. Jamie and Robin, Jack & Jenny, and grandma DeeDee were all so wonderfully welcoming, and such delightful hosts. The festivities were held on the patio and the grounds of DeeDee’s home in Gloucester.

It was a great gathering of family and friends. All of Beau’s siblings were there, as were Lucy’s brother and sister. Also a multitude of Beau’s and Lucy’s friends from all over the country congregated to celebrate this joyous occasion!

Thursday Evening – a casual opportunity for Lucy’s family and Beau’s family to meet.

Don & Eve, Judith & Mark, Zoe & Paul, Kajsa, Brad, Sammy & Anders were in a B&B on the property – Big Driftwood. It was an extremely convenient location just a short walk across the grounds to DeeDee’s house, its 5 bedrooms and 3 baths made life easy, and it had a beautiful view of the inlet.

Friday afternoon was the rehearsal, and the Rehearsal Dinner  followed that evening. What a party!

Saturday morning was a time for relaxing and recreation.

And Saturday afternoon was the Main Event. The love and joy present was nearly tangible!

The reception was lovely, and enjoyed by all.

Sunday morning was a brunch for the departing guests.
